The room was very nicely updated, but it was next to a loud street.

I stayed in a nice room that seemed newly renovated with fresh flooring and a modern bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even letting me check in early. The location was close to Saint Augustine Amphitheater, which was a bonus.

The hotel refunded my money and won't send it back to me. My lawyer will be contacting you.

The location was convenient. However, there were roaches in our room and the ceiling had been leaking, leaving a black mold spot.
