The hotel feels like a classic, calm establishment, yet the room is modern, clean and comfortable; although it’s a bit of a trek on foot from Shin‑Osaka Station, the free shuttle running every 15 minutes from morning till night makes up for it, balancing price, cleanliness and the inconvenience of the walk nicely. If I had to nitpick, the bathroom gave off a faint, half‑dry smell when I opened it, which was a little off‑putting.
The buffet offered a good variety, which I liked, but as an older guest I would have preferred the Japanese side dishes like kinpira to be less salty.
The shuttle bus was very convenient for getting to the station. The breakfast at the hotel was lukewarm or cold.

It was handy having the shuttle service. The front desk staff were nice. It was handy having bag storage for our last day. The location is a bit isolated. It is a large wedding venue, there was no bar or cafe facilities for our big group to socialise. There is no cafe to have a coffee or tea. Only green tea available for room when we asked for a black tea bag we were told no even though they were avail in the breakfast area

We stayed here for 4 Nights and the staff were excellent. Rooms are clean and fit for purpose for a short stay. The Hotel is close to Shin-Osaka railway station and hotel provides a free shuttle that goes to the railway station every 15 minutes. We used this multiple times and it was Fantastic. DO NOT EAT BREAKFAST AT THIS HOTEL. We attempted to have breakfast here twice and both times it was far from acceptable. Everything was cold or only Luke warm. There is limited selection and even the bread and pastries were stale. I would recommend staying at this hotel but would definitely not eat here. There are many great eateries only minutes away. Don’t eat here. Go elsewhere where
