A small, family‑run hotel in a prime location in Champery. A dreamy terrace with mountain views. A nice and clean spa area with a small outdoor pool. Great breakfast with the finest coffee and many regional specialties. Very friendly and helpful staff in all matters: to restaurants, leisure activities, and reservations. Thanks to the hotel manager Pauline Clerc for a wonderful week at the hotel. The German‑speaking support from her and another team member made our vacation perfect and easy. The always friendly and attentive service at the breakfast buffet remains a very pleasant memory. We can only give praise and will come back.

A historic hotel with a modern interior that responded quickly to our needs, an excellent breakfast buffet, and a small but very refined wellness area. The only drawback was the lack of vegan options at the breakfast buffet.

“sehr erholsam”

The location and the friendliness of the staff were excellent. The dogs were welcomed with a blanket and bowls, and we were given a larger room. The outdoor pool and the wellness area were fantastic. The breakfast was okay, but not outstanding for the price; there’s still room for improvement. In the wellness area, some water treatments (sitzsprudel) didn’t work, and the water in the bathroom sink ran very slowly. Complaints at a high level ;)

The room, the hotel staff, the surrounding area and the spa were all spot‑on – everything felt perfect. The only drawback is that a Swiss vacation really burns a hole in your wallet.
