“The room rate is a bargain, but the motel has no elevators, so it's a big pain for the disabled”

I booked a reasonably priced room and the staff were quite friendly; the room was clean and tidy. As a disabled person who walks with a cane, I was shocked to find I had been assigned a third‑floor room in a motel with no elevators, forcing me to climb a long staircase to reach the farthest room. The motel was full, so they couldn't rebook me on the ground floor until the next day, and nothing in the listing warned me the rooms were not fully accessible. On top of that, the room service smelled awful: I ordered fries and two cans of Coke, but they delivered fries and two cans of Sprite instead, and no one ever returned with the Coke I paid for.

The subway station was close, but the facilities were a bit outdated.

“It was a place to stay, but I wouldn’t go back.”

The location was fine, but the upkeep was terrible and it didn’t feel safe; breakfast consisted of cereal, milk, and cold bagels, our TV remote didn’t work, and the front desk was not helpful.

“Comfortable and convenient stay with excellent value for money.”

Great value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The room was clean and I felt safe during my stay. The location is very convenient, close to East Falls Church Metro station, which makes it easy to get into Washington, D.C. Free parking was a big plus, and the complimentary light breakfast was also appreciated. The facilities and overall interior are a bit dated and could use some updating, but everything was functional and clean
