“Worst hotel experience I have ever had in my whole entire 44 years of life”
The fact that I was basically kicked out of the hotel all because I had a Ada registered seizure alert dog they said that they do not accept pets even though clearly they have a placard at the front desk that says except Ada registered pets. I explained to them that I was in town for a funeral and that I did not have a car with me and I didn't have any family anywhere near me at the moment and I was told that it's too bad even though before I even arrived at the hotel I made sure to call and make sure that they would accept my dog who like I said is a ADA seizure alert dog because I have epilepsy and I was told they would most definitely accept her just to be told upon my arrival that they did not accept Ada animals because there was a gentleman in the hotel that paid for his room on a yearly basis and he's allergic to dogs therefore they basically kicked me out of the hotel even knowing the circumstances that I did not have a car my husband was offshore I had no way to get around and I didn't even know where I was really to be honest cuz I'm not from there they did not care for nothing they told me to get my stuff out of the room and I could keep it downstairs for no longer than an hour and then I had to remove off property I asked the lady at the front desk about another hotel in the area and she told me that there was one about half a mile up the road well I cannot be in extreme heat due to the medication that I'm on I told her that and she said oh it's okay you can just go on and walk us not that far even though I had a lot of stuff with me
