The hotel’s reality didn’t match what Booking advertised. The restaurant offered very little, the waiters knew nothing about the menu and the service was bland. They never restocked sold‑out items. The windows were filthy, and I couldn’t tell how long it had been since they were cleaned. The air‑conditioning unit was old and so noisy that we never turned it on during our seven‑day stay. Breakfast was also subpar and could have been better.

The room size was fine. However, what Booking promised and what the hotel delivered didn’t match. The restaurant had no variety and never restocked. The waiters knew nothing about what was available and were not attentive. The windows were extremely dirty, and the air‑conditioning was noisy and old.

It’s hard to find anything good here; the hotel is overcrowded and the elevator is always broken. The restaurant was awful, with no white wine, and the staff were inexperienced and slow.

The location is undoubtedly the best, right next to the city’s main square. The only downside was that my room wasn’t ready until 4 pm, even though it was listed as available earlier.
