No proper parking, the bathroom doors had no lock, and when I checked in there was a delay even though I’d already paid.

Nothing special, so take this hotel as a last resort. The bed was low quality, the bathroom leaked, and the whole room felt depressing and uncomfortable.

I had booked this property on booking com with Confirmation from you and property, but on reaching hotel Receptionists told us we are sold out and , they had informed . I had no intimation . We were shocked to learn and disappointed. Please take up my matter with the hotel. Absolutely nothing
