“great views, great staff, horrible plumbing”

The staff were supportive and efficient, swapping our room for the last day once they realized the plumbing couldn’t be fixed, sealing the original room for repairs; the views from the rooms were great. Unfortunately, our room suffered a plumbing problem that smelled like sewerage for three days. Housekeeping never mentioned it during daily cleans, so we had to alert management, who sent housekeeping to inspect, and all they did was tuck a urinal mat into the floor drain.

“When 4 is really 3”

The 50 m pool was fine for swimming, and the location was convenient for walking to the shopping centre, restaurants, and 7‑11. We booked an executive suite for four people, but it was clearly only for three: two beds, one single, and three sets of cutlery. The duty manager insisted that three people were supposed to sleep in the double. The gym equipment was old, with plastic peeling off the handles on the X‑trainer, making it hard to use. Breakfast was oddly prepared; the cold cuts and cheese were left outside without ice or refrigeration, so the blue cheese was sweating—definitely not a five‑star experience.

“Was a nice place but not great to walk out from as the walk was far poorly lit and the pavement is in poor condition”

The room was nice and spacious, but someone else’s socks were left behind and the bathroom supplies were scant; each bathroom only had about 25 % of a full roll of toilet paper.

“Alternative zu einem Hotelzimmer”

The apartment was adequately sized with a nice view of the Petronas Towers; the in‑unit washer‑dryer was convenient. The second bedroom was very small and windowless. The breakfast area was worn out after nine am. There is no mini‑shop in the building; you must walk at least 600 m to buy small items, which can be inconvenient in rain or heat.
