“It was Horrible and we will not be staying there again.”

The place is in a decent spot, but the room was dirty—dust on the walls and the main walking area, grime in the toilet’s small hole, hair in the shower, toothpaste on the walls, and the desk chair needed replacement or reupholstering. The hallway had a wet mildew smell, the front‑desk staff were eating something stinky and were on their cell phone many times during our second‑shift arrival, and the bed linens carried a wet odor. I’ve stayed here before and the service was great, but this time the management didn’t seem to supervise the cleaning crew. I watched the cleaner reuse the same linens in another room while she carried a wet mop and didn’t even sweep the floors.
