“Cockroach house”

Nothing special, just that the young male staff keep coming to the room when called. Our stay was very disappointing. The room was filthy with cockroaches, making it unacceptable for hygiene. It wasn’t ready on arrival; we had to keep asking for basic amenities that were listed, and sometimes had to argue with staff before they were given. Hand towels were only provided after repeated requests. The staff were slow and unresponsive, ruining the experience. The toilet leaked water onto the floor every time it was flushed, showing poor maintenance. The hotel sits under a flyover, hard to find and reach, with limited transport options nearby. The open‑air restaurant looked unhygienic and didn’t inspire confidence. Overall, the experience was far below expectations. Given the price, the accommodation, service, cleanliness, and maintenance were not justified. I would not recommend this property.

The location is very dirty. Staff response is poor. The photos on the website are nowhere near the reality. I was completely fooled. Very bad experience.

My stay at this hotel was a pleasant surprise, thanks to the excellent management and staff, who were always supportive, polite, and willing to help. The rooms were spotlessly clean and hygienic, and the price was very reasonable. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's offerings.
