No one cleaned the room, no paste was provided, everything had to be purchased, breakfast was not available, I had to struggle to get a glass of milk for a child, and I called the hotel “Fab Hotel” but lost all my money; there was nothing worth liking.

The staff, especially Raj, were very helpful and ensured we had no problems, but the rooms did not match the pictures and the staff asked for extra money after we pointed this out; the bathroom was cramped with no window glass, we had to request a cover, the AC was faulty, the bedsheets—particularly the pillow covers—were dirty, the comforter was too small for two people, and there were no cutlery, glasses, soap, or handwash in the bathroom; we paid at booking or we wouldn’t have stayed.

The owner and staff were very helpful and guiding, but the toilet faucet and heater were problematic.
