The location is unique, with a stunning view, quietness, yet close to Castiglione. The outdoor area is nicely arranged with loungers and a plunge pool. The bathroom is new and tidy, and there’s a small fridge. The room was already rearranged after one night, just like in the hotel. The reception, handled by an older lady, was unsympathetic; she delivered the instructions in a command‑style. Room 3 was dark, Spartan, dominated by a huge old wardrobe that felt as if Grandpa had died there three weeks ago. There’s no breakfast anymore—forget the earlier comments about breakfast. There isn’t even a kettle in the room or anywhere else.

The place was in an excellent spot, five minutes from the center, perfect for those seeking peace and quiet, with a breathtaking panorama that gives you every benefit and emotion it can convey. The rooms were impeccably clean, and you could use an outdoor jacuzzi while enjoying the view. Patrizia and Giovanni, the owners, are magnificent people who make you feel at home, involve you as if you were family, and are available for everything. Lots of chats accompanied by good wine… evenings with them. Thank you Patrizia and Giovanni, we’ll definitely see each other again! ❤️
