The location is nice and the facilities match the description, but the room is far smaller than the photos show—three people feel very cramped, and there’s no elevator.

Very close to Shinjuku, so if you enjoy nightlife and bars, this is a good choice; the same applies in reverse—Shinjuku can feel a bit unsafe at night.

Transport links are great and there are plenty of nearby facilities—convenience stores, restaurants, and a supermarket—but the street around the accommodation looks a bit grubby, and it gets noisy on weekends with bars across the street. The room itself is very small; the beds are child‑size, there’s nowhere to hang clothes, and the kitchen/laundry area is cramped—adequate for two people but not for three.

a fine, spacious hotelroom, with a table/ chairs and a kitchenette, 2 2 spacious bunkbeds, ideal for us travelling with 3 people. Location is fine, close to the subway in Shinjuku. enough restaurants at close walking distance, 15 mins walks from the bustling Shinjuku. Value for money. it was not clear to me that there would be no personnel on site which was initially a problem when my creditcard verification tool stalled, which would block access to the room entirely as everything happens via a device in the hallway. The personnel offsite however, did patently support the process by phone, so it was resolved
