The room was clean and practical, but breakfast was not included in the price of the stay.

I don't need to say anything. The location.

The room is actually pretty good—comfortable bed, good blankets, very clean, and the staff were friendly. However, you could hear everything from the neighboring room; even a vibrating phone was audible.
