The courtyard was one of the nicest I’ve ever stayed in; the hotel itself was very nice, clean, upscale, and the location was great.

The property was central and easy to reach, and the room was truly spacious, fully equipped and clean. At check‑in, however, the staff were not at all welcoming; it felt like they were doing us a favor. For dinner we went to the bistro and the staff were terrible; at the cashier/bar there was a woman who seemed almost ready to punch us just because we were there. I ordered a burger, but before paying I read the list again and saw that it contained items I couldn’t eat, so I asked to change it (the bill wasn’t closed yet). She turned to her colleague in the kitchen, who was annoyed and rude, saying the burger was no longer good and talking about us as if we weren’t there, while the colleague shouted from the kitchen. The burger was clearly a pre‑made fridge item meant for the microwave, and it arrived in less than ten minutes.
