Drinks and food are acceptable, and the staff overall was fine, but the room and all facilities are way outdated, the A/C barely cools and makes a lot of noise, the water in the jacuzzi with the bar was dirty, and late check‑out options are expensive for the minimal benefit you get.

“No sirve el aire acondicionado y no respetaron la reserva”

I had a reservation for 8 adults in four rooms at the same rate. Upon arrival, we were only given three rooms for two adults each. The fourth room was offered to one adult at the same rate for two, the ultra‑strict, square, rude profile never wanted to modify the reservation. When friends checked in and paid, they were told the air conditioning didn’t work, even though they had already paid—why wasn’t that notified earlier? Terrible service, and the staff was untrained.

“SENTIMIENTOS ENCONTRADOS”

I’m not sure if it was because of how I booked the stay, but we were given a room with a view of a broken roof and climate equipment, zero sea view. The elevator didn’t load properly, the room was very hot (bad climate), the hair dryer and the lighted mirror didn’t work—first day, I complained and they gave us a better room.
