The setting was gorgeous, surrounded by nature, and the staff were friendly—though most of them didn’t speak English, which was a bit odd. The meal‑ordering system was a nightmare: we kept getting the wrong food every night, and the items that were supposed to be on the buffet were sold out when we arrived twice.
