The staff were friendly. The location was great. The breakfast was fabulous. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Cologne sometime in our travels… it’s well worth it for a central spot. Nothing was wrong; it was a great place to stay.

Breakfast was very generous and varied. I received a free upgrade for my booked room! The location is great!!! The air‑conditioning in the room bothered me; it only turned off when you tilt the window, which at night on the Old Market caused extra street noise. The reception could manually turn it off. A note on the room would be helpful.

Great location and super clean. Lovely breakfast. Could not get the air conditioning in the room to work. While it was not super hot out, we like it cool to get a good sleep
