The staff were friendly, but the stay was ruined by a serious hygiene nightmare. About five mice crept into the room at night and even opened the trash to eat, while cockroaches swarmed everywhere. My kids were terrified and couldn't sleep, and the overall cleanliness was shockingly poor. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I had a bad experience with rampant pests.

The wash facilities were subpar.

I was overcharged by more than 300 AED for a two‑night stay that was supposed to cost 800 AED. When we arrived, the room smelled like drainage, the toilet was filthy with visible stool, and the bedding and curtains were unclean. Even after moving to a different room, the conditions were the same—no proper cleaning or maintenance. The price I paid was far from what was advertised, and the hotel’s claims about the property were misleading.

The location was awful and the area was dirty.
