The facilities and basic service were really good. My fault too – on the first day I asked where the parking was, checked in, but wasn’t told that I had to bring the parking ticket to the front desk. It seems obvious, yet I’d forgotten it and when I asked about paying later they said they couldn’t because I arrived by car, which I found an odd way to put it.

Every staff member was extremely courteous, making the place feel pleasant, and the little touches like complimentary service drinks and a mini gift of sata‑anda‑gi at checkout were appreciated. The location and price‑performance were excellent, so it was the perfect base for the last night before an early flight. Given the location, the price is fair, and if you think of it as a typical city hotel there’s nothing to complain about.

This is my second stay, and the room is just spacious enough for everyone to fit comfortably. It’s great value, clean, affordable, and includes breakfast. It’s also super close to several clubs, lounges, restaurants, and more. Parking must be paid for and you have to walk to the parking lot, which I think should be included with the room.

The location was fantastic and the staff were very friendly! There were also many thoughtful extra services, which makes me want to stay here again.
