I was really looking forward to a complimentary breakfast at this hotel, and I even called ahead to confirm that it was included. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I found out that the restaurant doesn't open until lunchtime, so I missed out on breakfast. Although this was a bit disappointing, I appreciated the effort to clarify things beforehand. Overall, my experience had its ups and downs.
