“Lovely, comfortable and a home away from home”

Jenny and Caroline were absolutely amazing—friendly and helpful, and the domestic ladies matched that warmth. It would have been nicer to have matching bedding and an electric blanket, especially since we stayed during a chilly weekend.

“Happy regardless”

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Jenny, who went above and beyond to cater to our needs. The breakfast was truly out of this world, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. However, we did experience a bit of a setback when we arrived, as there was no electricity in the area due to a power outage, which made things a bit challenging, especially since it was raining.

“My stay was okay for the price we paid. The breakfast was exceptional and generous”

The hotel's management and staff did an excellent job with the breakfast and service, which was truly exceptional. However, I did notice that the staff were a bit noisy at times, which was a minor issue. On a more serious note, I felt that the beds, duvet inners, and pillows were in need of an upgrade, as they were old and had a musty smell, which was a bit off-putting.
