Wonderful hotel! We received an upgrade to a suite, and that was truly beautiful! The pool and restaurant were also nice! The gym is really below par, basically unusable. If you want to go to the city you have to order a taxi.

The quality of the place, the room, the staff – everything was magnificent and the staff were attentive to detail. The TV was not working and the coffee machine was difficult to operate.

The room interior and breakfast were good. The location of our rooms was unfortunate. Some rooms were well positioned, but others were not. Our room faced a building only 3 meters away, and it wasn’t clear because the whole structure occupied the space. There was a lot of work in progress at the property, as if they were preparing for opening, but it was already open and the prices matched a place in perfect condition.

“Statt "Small luxury Hotel of the World" Campingplatzfeeling”

The helpfulness of some staff was positive, and the breakfast on the departure day was fine. We arrived with high expectations because it’s a “Small Luxury Hotel of the World,” and we trusted that brand blindly, only to be disappointed. The property is very remote, hard to reach, and in poor condition. The pool, for example, is small and has long passed its best times. Fairly, we were there in the off‑season and everything was under construction and being fixed. Overall, the property felt more like a better campsite. A few examples that ultimately prompted our early departure: the booked room (a glamping tent) had a tiny bathroom whose door handle fell off on the first touch. We changed rooms – that one was nice but very dark. The armchairs on the veranda were dirty, and there were no gestures of care for guests’ wellbeing. The minibar prices were clearly overpriced, as were every service offered relative to what was provided. No attention to detail was evident, which should be standard in such houses. When we asked for a taxi, we were quoted a price that was triple the market rate. And when we tried to use the gym, the staff were sleeping on the floor. At no point did we feel we were in a luxury hotel, so we left early. We cannot recommend the hotel – there are better and cheaper alternatives on site in every respect.

“Bien pero no es lujo como anuncian y como pagas”

The breakfast, rooms, and service were good. The gym advertised as complete had nothing, was dirty, and the outdoor area was scorching hot.
