“CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!!”

Grazie!. Tutto perfetto

The owner was welcoming, friendly and helpful, and the room and bathroom were spotless. The only drawback was that the bathroom was in the hallway instead of inside the room, which felt a bit inconvenient.

Gabriella is very kind and attentive, the room is clean and well furnished. The shared bathroom for the two rooms available in the property is managed so that the two rooms are never rented to unrelated guests at the same time. The condominium parking is available. Breakfast is included and consists of cappuccino, coffee and brioche, but it is served at a bar three minutes by car from the property. The hotel is five minutes by car from Gubbio. No defects were found; the only notes are that there is no air conditioning (only a fan) and that the breakfast, not being on site, cannot be enjoyed in slippers, only after taking the car.

“Bene, ma non benissimo.”

The location on the San Francesco trail and the cleanliness of the premises were positives. It was inconvenient and potentially embarrassing that you had to leave the room to use the bathroom, and the breakfast was decidedly disappointing.

The welcome and the room were good.
