The place was clean, comfy, and close to everything, yet the furniture was worn, there was no kitchenware service, and the room next door is a restaurant storage, so suppliers come and go during quiet hours, making it noisy.

The bathroom was fine and they offered room service, but I dislike that the staff leaves the window open after cleaning, even when the blinds are down, which feels risky for my belongings. I also didn’t get any response from the hotel when I messaged about the checkout procedure, which would have helped since I had no in‑person contact during check‑in. There were many small fly‑like creatures in the room.
