We were happy to receive an upgrade to a more comfortable room. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was very quiet. The location near the city and the hockey fields was perfect for us.

The location and service were good, and the exterior looked attractive. I think the place feels tired, especially the hall carpet, and it could use a refresh. The bed was quite hard, and a shower over the bath isn’t suitable for everyone.

The location and parking were convenient. The place is very worn, curtains are tattered, the stair carpet is threadbare, lift indicators aren’t working, and several drinks on the list aren’t available.

The receptionist was friendly, but she was always busy and never got back to me. The TV reception was poor.

It’s close to town. The décor feels dated.
