“Je ne recommande pas”
The location is convenient for the airport. The shuttle service was terrible and the first room we got was not very clean, with cockroaches present, prompting us to request a change.

The shuttle service, room cleanliness, and soft, comfortable beds were good. The nighttime noise and occasional unhelpful reception staff were drawbacks.

The hotel is pretty solid, close to LAX and ideal for a one‑night stopover. It’s reasonably clean and has everything you need for a brief stay. I used the free shuttle to get to LAX after checkout, but if you want a shuttle from LAX to the hotel you have to call them, which is a bit inconvenient for someone without an American phone number. Other than that, there are no alternative ways to reach the hotel; public transit is awful and taxis or Uber are relatively expensive. I wish the shuttle request process were easier for foreigners.

The location is close to the airport and restaurants are within walking distance. The floor in the room looked clean until I took my shoes off; I had to wash my feet before getting into bed. When I used the AC unit, it smelled like urine, so I switched to the fan instead.
