The facilities and parking were fine, but we were asked to pay a deposit via an external link after booking just to get the apartment code, with no prior notice. Upon arrival we received a “guide” that was useless, and no one greeted us regardless of the time. A single badge was shared by everyone, and the pool key was never shown (the pool was supposedly “passing” but empty). The rooms were sound‑proofed poorly and quite small; we didn’t get the room we booked, but another was assigned to us. Four floors without elevators. I’m not saying the stay was disastrous, but the cumulative inconveniences, especially for the price paid, were significant. Next time we’d pay ten more euros for a proper hotel and a working pool.
