The location was good, but my room was very dark and both the shower and toilet were broken.

The staff and owner welcomed us warmly, and staying in a 17th‑century building was incredible; the breakfast was excellent and the view of Chaves was spectacular, but night service was lacking—when we tried to order wine, no one was available to help or give instructions.
