It was difficult to communicate because the staff spoke English poorly or not at all.

This hotel's convenient location near the Shenyang Airport and the Western District made it an ideal choice for travelers. The hotel's modern facilities and well-maintained rooms were a pleasant surprise, and the shower's strong water pressure was a welcome bonus.

Our stay at this hotel was marred by some disappointing experiences, but the staff's politeness and helpfulness made a positive impact. The hotel's breakfast and dining staff were particularly commendable. However, issues with the room's size and unexpected charges for bottled water left a sour taste.

Our stay at this hotel was marked by some frustrating issues with the electrical appliances, which hindered our ability to use essential items. Despite this, the hotel's cleanliness and service were commendable.
