The location is fantastic and the place has real potential. Breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly. The bed lacked a mattress protector. The bathroom was unsuitable, with a tiny sink stuck against the wall. The pool and garden had toys and other items…

I really liked the location and Gabriela’s service. Accommodation and Comfort: * Bed linens and pillows were unsatisfactory in quality. * Blankets had a smell like they had been used by previous guests (lack of fresh cleaning). * The air‑conditioner was very noisy, disrupting rest. * The shower was poor at regulating temperature, only switching between very hot or very cold. Breakfast: Quality fell short of expectations. Even considering the challenge of preparing coffee for just one guest (the only one at the lodge), the service could have been better. Service and Staff: Some employees lacked training. The establishment needs more attention to detail and management. Final thought: Those who come to the lodge expect to rest, and the structural and service issues ruined that experience.

A pousada é mais afastada da cidade, são 20 minutos de uma estrada de terra em boas condições. Tem uma vista linda e é bem silenciosa. A infra dos quartos poderia ter maior atenção, o chuveiro era complicado de regular a temperatura e a porta da frente não fechava totalmente, permitindo a entrada de insetos e mosquitos. Então poderia ser mais confortavel com alguns ajustes. No geral fomos muito bem recepcionados e o café da manhã era bem gostoso
