The owners are wonderful people, and I will definitely come back. I just didn’t have time to stay longer.

The place is well situated near the beach and the beachside bar/restaurant. The room was clean and tidy, and the owners were friendly and helpful.

The location is gorgeous, right on the Podstrana pier. Inside the building there's a bistro where you can grab a bite if the beach gets too hot. The rooms are beautiful, new, clean, and comfortable. A big plus is that parking is reserved for you if you drive, which is handy when you want to explore Split or the surrounding area; a free spot is always waiting. It costs 10€ per day, but I definitely think it’s worth it. The host was very friendly and always reachable for questions or concerns. I booked two rooms, a large four‑bedroom and a small double‑bedroom. It was disappointing that only the larger room had a fridge; I think every room should at least have a small fridge, especially in summer when you want cold drinks. We couldn’t have breakfast in the on‑site bistro even though flyers were posted in the rooms. At 9:50 a.m. the waiter said there was nothing available. There’s almost no cutlery in the rooms (just spoons and coffee cups), so breakfast at the room was only possible with paper plates and plastic cutlery. Also, the beach chairs are not free as some reviewers on Booking claim; you pay 10€ per chair per day.
