The staff were all outstanding and the service impeccable. Every dish at the three restaurants was brilliant. Our room was right next to a wedding ceremony, so we asked to move immediately and the hotel upgraded us without any questions. It was our anniversary, and they sent divine desserts, cakes, champagne, and even a balloon to celebrate. The dinner dessert was also complimentary, and the waitress on Friday night was flawless and very professional. The only drawback was the service charge for cleaners added to the final bill, which felt a bit off since we already paid a premium. They also tack on a 12.5 % service charge automatically to restaurant bills, which we think should be discretionary rather than mandatory.
