I would gladly recommend it to others. The accommodation exceeded my expectations, with a comfortable, quiet room. I really appreciate the self‑check‑in available in the evenings. I will definitely return.

Parking at the guesthouse is free and plentiful. The bathroom is nice, featuring a large soaking tub and windows. The price is reasonable, the staff is friendly, cleanliness is good, and breakfast is generous. However, it was clear that the space had previously been an office; after removing office furniture and adding two beds, the room remains cramped for two people, with limited storage and insufficient space for two people’s breakfast. Light control is weak; in summer the light comes in early from the windows, and we slept only about five hours a day because noisy trucks started early in the morning. The place feels like a crossroads with paper walls, and you can hear snoring from the adjacent room. The industrial setting has minimal greenery and too much asphalt, making it unsuitable for dog owners. For several days we ventilated the smell from the SAVA, and some equipment was old and non‑functional.

The bathroom is very large and bright, with three windows that allow good ventilation. The guesthouse sits right in the business district, and around 6:30/7:00 am large trucks drive past the property. In the afternoon and on weekends it is very quiet.

I stayed just one night. I chose the place because I didn’t have to pay in advance, only cash on arrival, and check‑in starts at 12. I needed to work online during the day and went to the theatre in the evening, so the location was ideal. The internet was fast and reliable. There is free parking in front of the building, and the bus stop is a few minutes away from the centre. The price is good. The bathroom is large with a bathtub, though there is no shower curtain.
