The room was comfortable, I failed to notice the memo on the mirror that housekeeping had to be requested! Which I didn’t notice until the 2nd evening. I tried to cancel my 4 th night as I was returning to ElPaso a night earlier . The indignant desk person said I had not booked with the hotel and that accommodation could not be cancelled! I explained that I had independent booked with the hotel, had my confirmation number. But he rudely explained I was in error! But I must say the morning staff was polite and your offering was delicious!

“No my best experience!”

Everything was available. However, there was only one luggage cart, and signs warned against bringing it into the room—seemed decorative. The bathroom looked clean at first glance, but the toilet and bathtub were really gross. For a room over $200, I expected more.

“I had a nice stay. It was a short stay but they were very accommodating.”

I was traveling with an elderly dog and asked for a first‑floor room; they placed me near the exit so I could take him outside easily. I loved the doggie grass area.
