“Une expérience que je ne recommande absolument pas”

The location was fine. Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we noticed the room was not clean. For the price we paid, we expected at least a properly maintained room. The staff's behavior was also very disappointing. The reception was cold and unprofessional. The hotel has several staircases, making it especially hard to move luggage. We asked the front desk for help. The man's response at reception shocked us. Instead of helping or even looking for a solution, he said, “If you don’t like it, you can just take your passport and go find another hotel.” We were just clients asking for help with our bags. Such a reply is, in our view, completely inappropriate for someone working in hotel reception. Between the lack of cleanliness in the room, the staff's lack of friendliness, and the absence of luggage service, our experience was very bad. We share this review so future guests know what to expect. For us, we will not return to this establishment and we do not recommend it.
