The courtesy of staff and the location of the hotel. 1. I saw rat running inside the hotel near the foyer. Good pesticide control may be done. 2. The bath room was smelling , and when informed, they came and cleaned it. The issue may be the recycling water in toilet??

The service staff seemed like just employees with no enthusiasm for their jobs, as if “take it if you want.” The first day’s lunch was excellent and tasty, but the second day’s lunch was ice‑cold, even the soup was un‑drinkable. We asked them to keep the buffet menus warm, but no one was responsible for that and they just ignored us. The restaurant staff should not stay there. The lunch menus, including the soup, should be served warm. Dinner had very few options, and the staff were busy serving and pleasing the VIPs while ignoring the regular guests.

The town’s center is right in front of the hotel, making the location unbeatable. We didn’t have time for breakfast, but the room size was spot‑on. The towels looked worn and could use an upgrade. The building feels a bit dated; a facelift might help. The elevators could be newer, and the garden needs a bit more care.
