“Mixed Experience: Wonderful Staff, Disappointing Stay”

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay and even offered us a free room upgrade, which we appreciated even though the room itself didn’t meet our expectations. The facilities feel outdated; despite recent renovations, there are lingering odors throughout the property, especially in the bathroom, and heavy smoke and food smells in the hallways. The step‑up platform around the bed is a safety hazard at night—I nearly tripped in the dark on my way to the bathroom. Finally, offering a complimentary drink at check‑out in exchange for a review felt a bit insincere.

“Worth the money, but location is a bit far away from city.”

Fabulous ocean view. The best buffet-breakfast. Wifi quality is also excellent. Very clean, nice staff. They also speak English. Automated laundry room , convenience stores are in the ground floor. I would recommend to families staying longer. For short trip locations not at the best, either you have to rent a car or take taxi while traveling with small child (3years old). 10 min walk to coastline (there are no tanning-beach). Pool is clean. But you have to rent a caravan for 30000 won for 3 hours or you can use the beach beds under the direct sun. The location is not optimal for short-term stay. With bus more than 1 hour trip to the city. Or you can take Uber (fastest and convenient, could be a pricey). Pol
