The room was comfortable and the location was ideal, but the rooms need some work and a deeper cleaning—especially the shower and kettle—yet overall it was perfect for my stay.

nothing. Arrived at hotel rang doorbell no answer, sat on bench waiting and someone came after 10 mins was given key to room omg see the pics and video says it all. I couldn't find anyone to complain £90.00 per night i stayed for 2 nights. Tried to book in elseware but because short notice was expensive so went and bought some sheets and a plastic cover for the mattresses which was like sleeping on lino. Didn't see anyone all weekend no cleaning done as same mess on all the carpets

I left the hotel feeling frustrated; the police searched every room and forced the door open, then kicked us out claiming we were responsible for the break‑in. They say a wanted suspect was hiding in the building. It was disgusting, and the bed was broken so I couldn’t sleep on it. They even had a metal bracket on the window but still blamed us.
