I chose a room with a river view, so it was bright and spacious. The reception staff were extremely harsh and insulting, especially the woman with yellow‑green eyes who worked there on 11.10 at checkout; they didn’t replace the bed linens or towels, didn’t clean the room, and even threw away our trash bags even though we hadn’t put anything in them, only to bring them back after we insisted.

The location was good. The elevator was often broken and I had to walk up four floors. One day they didn’t set up our room. We left at 9:00 AM and returned at 18:00. Another day they didn’t give us towels.

The building’s architecture is unbelievably beautiful—it feels like a time travel. The only downside was that our room had very little natural light during the day and a skylight that was too bright at night.

A stunning hotel in the most convenient spot! Everything is within walking distance and getting around is a breeze. Prague itself is gorgeous, and staying here made our visit even more thrilling!
