“Much better than I expected for the very reasonable price, we were pleased!”

The staff was friendlier than expected and genuinely sincere. Breakfast arrived 10 minutes early, a treat for an early start, and the dining area staff were absolutely delightful and helpful. We were waiting for the official start time, but she let us in right away and insisted we begin, setting a great tone. The room was very clean and quiet, and we also enjoyed the pool. Free parking, free breakfast, lovely staff, great price—what more could one ask for? A few items show wear, but it doesn’t affect cleanliness or usability.

Alexis Rassi is one of the best people I’ve ever met in the hotel industry—very professional and personable. The only downside was that no one collected our dirty towels or emptied the trash after the first day, though the front desk did provide clean towels.

“For $200+ dollars per night I expect more.”

The only redeeming feature was the proximity to the hospital; otherwise, the hotel is nothing special. Whiskers in my sink, drywall fell in front of my door overnight, holes in the carpet, and it was noisy—near an interstate, so it’s very loud. Only a couple of channels worked on the TV. Breakfast was unappetizing: eggs floating in water, white sausage that seemed freezer‑burned, and some yogurt was past its date.

The breakfast was good. The hot tub has been broken for over five years and still needs fixing.

“Decent rooms & food, poor WiFi & view location”

Breakfast was excellent with a decent food selection, though the waffles were rotten. Wi‑Fi was very poor, there was no place to print from a computer, and the location was tucked behind big‑box stores.
