I had heard the food was great, and it lived up to the hype with a delicious French course, tempura, sashimi, and other mixed Western‑Japanese dishes for dinner. Breakfast had plenty of choices and left me and my sister very satisfied. The shuttle to the nearest station at the requested time was a huge help. Both the husband and wife were friendly and kind, letting me relax. The dog was smart and calm, and I’d definitely come back.

The meals were so tasty that I couldn’t have eaten them elsewhere. Two staff members were excellent at customer service, and we had a lot of fun chatting. The room was huge, the hotel was very quiet, and the view was great. No complaints.
