It was very clean. My only slight criticism is that I feel that there should have been more than one member of staff on duty in the late evening. Having just the one lead to queues at both reception and the bar

Accessible. The room looked a bit shabby and worn out.

The staff were kind and it was easy to find free parking. The building is outdated, the room has old furniture and a bad smell at the entrance. The shower has a curtain, which I haven't seen in 20 years. It was clean enough, though you could expect more.
