Great location, good value for money, friendly staff. The TV system had limited channels and kept cutting out, sometimes for hours. The heating only worked early in the morning and late at night, with no control in the room.

The location is very convenient, just a walk from Paddington station. The staff are helpful. The room is small but acceptable for one person. The bed was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on. There’s no fridge in the room, only a small kettle for coffee or tea. The carpet needs better cleaning.

I think this place is a solid value for short stays, the location is great and the staff were very friendly; I’d stay here again. The only downside is there’s no elevator, so getting to the fourth floor is a bit tiring.
