The shower stall was broken on arrival, and neither the fan nor the fridge worked; the shower area had dangerous steps that even a person with a disability would find risky.

Cleanliness was good, the staff were welcoming and kind, but the bathroom was not in the room even though it was private, and it needed a thorough renovation.

I liked the food, but everything else was dirty—both the bathroom and the room, and the beds. There was no water kettle, and they wouldn’t give me towels.

It met our needs perfectly; we just wanted a place to sleep and hang out, and everything was fine. It was a bit hot, and while the dates were very warm, the air‑conditioning didn’t help enough, but nothing was unbearable.
