The hotel sits right at Exit 4 of Nagahoribashi, which made getting there a breeze, and I was thrilled to find ice dispensers on both the 6th and 9th floors. 😃
Exit 4 of the municipal subway lands just beside the side door of the hotel, and the neighborhood offers a convenience store, a Korean market and an AEON, making the location superb; if you prefer to avoid the hustle of Dotonbori or Shinsekai, this spot works well. The staff were courteous and let me store luggage, and I opted for the three‑day cleaning eco‑plan that handed me a daily token for a vending‑machine drink, while towels and trash had to be left outside the door each night for the housekeepers, with shampoo in bottles and other supplies available on the first floor. The room wasn’t spacious but sufficient, though the bathroom felt quite small; the central AC only offered three fan speeds and no temperature control, so on a 37 °C summer day it could get chilly, yet I didn’t hear other guests complain. On the third floor there are two 5‑kg coin‑operated AQUA washers and dryers, costing 200 yen for 30 minutes of washing and 100 yen for 30 minutes of drying, which is reasonably cheap. The facilities are a bit dated but stay tidy, and because there’s a smoking floor you’ll need to request a non‑smoking level if you dislike smoke; I didn’t purchase breakfast so I have no comment on that. Given the price, it feels like great value and I’d stay again.
