They greeted us with a complimentary afternoon tea and we loved the hotel’s style; the customer service was excellent, everything was clean and surpassed our expectations. However, if you choose a basic room instead of a suite, it comes with a standard TV, so bring a laptop to connect via HDMI; after having issues with the air‑con, we were moved to a room with better cooling.

I spent three nights here and was welcomed warmly right from the start. My room was spacious and spotless, and the staff would prepare it at night by closing the curtains and getting it ready for my return. I would definitely book again.

The Sakyo has become my go‑to spot after several visits, and each time it surpasses the last. The staff are undeniably the best I've met—friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel itself is a gem, with great facilities and a prime location. I haven’t tried the spa yet, but I plan to. The buffet breakfast ranks among the best, and the afternoon teas with finger foods offer a pleasant break from the heat. Staying at the Sakyo is always a lovely experience, and I’ve found no faults.
