I stayed in a hot room under the roof, and the stairwell and lobby felt like a sauna; the housekeeper and her daughter were unfriendly.

The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, the room exceeded every expectation, breakfast was excellent and plentiful, and it was only a few steps from the center; hats off. I found no flaws.
