“A good night stay, but a frustrating time without enough staff at the breakfast bar..”
It was nice to have the option of breakfast and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast area was very busy and the items provided were good, but this area was clearly understaffed which was frustrating for both the staff and the patrons. We arrived at 8am and there was little to no hot food items left, no coffee cream and few bread products. There was one lovely lady working the room, but she could not keep up. Eventually two others came to assist, but there still was a very long wait for everything, tables were not wiped and people were having to try to get their attention to ask for missing items. During this period (which is an anticipated busy time), more staff should be available to assist and stock items so people can eat quickly and be on their way
