Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Jekyll Island

The room smelled like mothballs and gave me a migraine; the facilities were old and dated, and there was no USB plug, so I couldn't charge my three items at night and had to use only the electrical outlets. When I checked in, the clerk said my card declined twice; I called my bank thinking they blocked it for an out‑of‑state purchase, but they said no; I returned to the front desk and the payment worked. Later I saw my bank account charged three times for the room, so I asked the desk to fix it, but they said the manager would have to handle it, and I still haven't received a refund. The beds were hard and lumpy, the pillows were awful, and I would not recommend Days Inn and Suites—beware, don't stay here if you like comfort.

We booked a Handicap Accessible room and had a tub with a shower, but there were no handrails and the toilet was not Handicap Accessible—exactly not what we booked.
